Default Should I put on new rotors with my new Axxis brake pads?

I have stock rotors right now....they have been turned once though. Im getting ready to put on the new Axxis brake pads before the Talladega track event and was thinking of buying new rotors as well ?

are the Axxis pads streetable? (i.e. are they going to be track only or for street and track?) if they're going to be track only it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a set of rotors for track use as well. if they're going to be street/occasional track your rotors should be OK for talladega

If those are the Axxis Metal Masters, they don't stand up to track use at all.

My advice: Leave on what you've got, but bring an extra set of front pads and front rotors with you. You can always change them at the track if you find you're running into problems. And if you don't need to change them there, you can always use them, sooner or later, so it's not like you spent money for nothing.
