96-00 Civic suspension interchangeable with Del Sol?
What all parts are interchangeable between the two?
Main thing I am curious about is the suspension.
EK seats bolt into a sol and vise versa?

Nope. EG and Del Sol are completely interchangeable. The front suspensions on all 92-00 Civics are the same, but the rears are different (slightly). The only things on the rear you won't be able to swap are the rear shocks and LCA's, unless you want to swap both into your Sol.
If you want to swap seats, only 3 of the 4 holes will line up. You can either swap the seat rails and the seats, or you can extend the hole in the rear inner mounting tab to ghetto rig a bolt into the floorpan. I swapped Civic rails onto my GSR seats to put them into my 98 hatch. Everything lines up now and the seats don't rock back and forth when I turn.
