Painting Interior Question
Hey guys i have a 1994 civic hatch cx and it has that nasty terrible blue interior. I searched everywhere and didnt find any results. Has anyone painted the whole interior with spray paint? Ive seen lots of people paint pieces of the interior but never the whole thing. I see black interiors for sale everywhere but i would rather paint mine then wasting my money on parts that wont add horsepower. But the blue has got to go one way or another. I mean a tan roof with blue dash, wtf was honda thinking. But anyways just looking for some opinions and can it be done without looking like ****?
Every interior I have ever seen that was painted looks terrible. It may look good for a little while but in the end it cracks and peels. Plus you can never match the factory color it alwayls looks to glossy. Krylon makes a plastic spray paint called "Fusion" and if I had to do it I would use that, or possible some Testors paint made for models. But again I would advise against it. Maybe you could switch to a Gray interior those parts are much cheaper to pick up. Whatever you decide good luck with it.
