Stolen Type R: Toronto
I have owned my R since april 2003 I guess I was lucky enough to enjoy it
for over 2 years but somehow I knew this day would come
and I would be creating this kind of post
Im on the phone right now with boomarang tracking hopefully they'll be able to
recover it.
pls anyone in the GTA area or sourounding please be on the look out for it
license plate is AEFP 772. i have the stock rims, red recaro seats, S2000 antena
also there is a crack on the windshield
car was last seen this morning at 3 AM

Still no word from boomarang or the police
I had boomarang call me within 30 min in the past when i had my car towed
its kind of unsual for them to take this long? once the car is moved without the
transponder it should be tracked rite away, and they'll notify you.. why is it taking this long i wonder
the car was taken from friends building parking lot, wich has a security guard but not sure if there was one this mornng. there was no broken glass nothing no sign of forced entry. it was towed as i can see the tire skid marks on the pavement
the car had compustar pager alarm and the sensor was pretty high but still it did not send a page. I think who ever took it knew what they were doing
another thing I forget to mention is it has OEM side skirts not many R's in toronto have them so thats something to look for and there is a small dent on the passengers door

they may have disabled it? ? ? call boom and ask them WTF is goin on? Also pay attention to those sites, some of your parts might come up and you can bust them. I also know that there are a ring of thieves that are up in the Bolton/Caledon area. I don't personally know them, but from what I've heard they've chopped a lotta Rs. Again sorry to hear...there are so few real Rs in the GTA now...

No i did call them as soon as I found it missing

Sigh... I'm sorry that you're going through this and I really hope you get your car back in once piece. This just gets more and more depressing every day. Why can't people just leave stuff alone that isn't theirs? It's not that hard.

I had the weirdest, creepiest feeling last night, I woke up in the middle of the night (must have been 4 or 5am) after hearing an engine rev (that sounded like mine) and tires screeching and even in a sleepy daze I dragged myself down to the garage to check on her...
Man... I can't believe this... hitting so close to home... I feel for you man... My R's former twin... Hopefully boomerang will payoff...
