Default transmission

i have a 97 se auto tranny accord. I have done research and i have kinda found the answer but not 100 percent, most of the problems people have and while discribing them, their problem, noises, or anything for that matter really didnt match mine, but anyways.

I bought this car acually from a girl (why does that matter? i have no idea girls tend not to beat the hell out of their cars like us guys lol) anyways this wa about a year ago and it has been doing it sense then, but everytime my car shifts from any gear, no matter what it is, the car kinda jolts.. like if the tranny is going from 1st to 2nd i kinda get this.. jolt, as if someone was racing a manual,a nd your body just goes back into the seat and comes back out as u shift.. its really hard to explain.. anyways this does it more if im going slow, like 20-40 but on highways and when i punch it, it doesnt do it all that much.. anyways sorry for the bad discription, its really hard to explain.

I have changed my tranny fluid like 3 months ago, and i dont think it is time for it to be changed, considering it is still a good color. Im not sure if the tranny is slipping or if it jsut does that for no reason *shrugs* I am planning on swaping the tranny for a manual, but i dont have the money, so i just need some answeres or advice until i get the money

what mileage do you have in your car?
...maybe it's time to get it checked....
....my older accord 91 SE... was having a similar problem.... ...it started to happen after the 225k miles on the tranny... ....and the mechaninc said.... ..."..your tranny is going bad.."
