Default deep not too loud exhaust

i just picked up a 2001 kawasaki zx6r. i want a full system to get some more power. but also want something that is nice and deep, and sounds good. but isnt REALLY loud. any ideas? if not a full system, is there a decent header out there i can purchase, and just get a slip on? (also side mount)

i tried searching but couldnt really find anything for pipes or exhausts.

Yeh deep sound is going to be tricky on an inline...they have tendancy to scream..deep sounds usually come from the v-twins.

Akrapovic is nice sounding, Yosh is alright, Sato's are nice too more race orientated I believe...neither are extremely loud...

Stay away from D&D or Hotbodies or Devil...

akrapovic makes a full system for your bike.

You should be able to find at least slip-ons from all of the popular brands.

You could always go with the ever so popular Yoshimura.

Agreed, all the M4s I've seen aren't obnoxiously loud and give the bike a fairly deep tone.

I have a Devil on my bike, but also like the sound of the Two Brothers and Leo Vince (not cheap).
