D&D is loud on any bike. I hope it's not too loud for you though. Let us know after you install it.

Its obnoxiously loud on any bike. I cant even stand just standing next to a bike with one at idle, its pretty annoying.

I had a D&D on my 01 ZX6-R and it was extremely loud. Its not so bad at crusing speed but if you lay into it you can hear it from a couple miles away.

I swear it's like a megaphone.

Yosh is fairly loud but not as obnoxious. Arrow, Akrapovic, Sato and Arata are all nice mellow when cruising but make a bit of noise when you lay into it.

D&D is known well for being the loudest aftermarket pipe, and is hated by many for it.

As for the scratch: I bought my Devil and it had one on it. The clearcoat on the CF will show large scratches easily, since they show up white. Just get some clear fingernail polish and put on the scratch...and it will barely even be visible unless somebody is inspecting it up close.
