my sunroof has been shaky recently it will skip across the rails like it is jumping, my thought is to grease the rails up but is there something else i should do/grease?

 

Use hi temp urea grease on the rails. If you wanna go deeper and check for debri, you could just remove the plastic covers on each side while looking up at the sunroof. There should be (6) 10MM nuts, remove them and the whole sunroof comes out. O yeah, those metal shims put them back the same way or you'll get air noise, and fitment problems.
