OIL JET "O" RING ON D15B2 BLOCK????
MY CAR:90 CIVIC,DX-1.5L,D15B2
While studying up for doing a head job on my car,I noticed the instructions said to replace headgasket and "oil jet -o-ring"
Don't know what that means exactlly.
With the head off the only thing close I see is on the back of the top of the block.(what is now exposed with the head off). A small hole, center to the intake manifold. I didn't see any o-ring when I took the head off,but you know how that goes.....
Could use some useful feed back while i got it tore down, thanks.

Sounds like you're describing the right spot, but you pop it out to get to the o-ring. The only way I've done that is thru the bottom of the block.
You don't have to replace it, don't worry about it.

The oil jet is dead center on the back of the block deck. You pop it out of the block (needle nose plyers work) and the o-ring goes around it.
If your doing a mini-me you are supposed to take the oil jet out and toss it.
