In the very near future i will be putting my b18b motor into a 92-95 hatch, now my question is, i will be using the jdm 4-1 header and i am hoping that my Racing medalion from my ls teg will also work. So 1. Will the rm work on the hb, and 2. what are my options for 2.5 inch cats that will either bolt up or have to be welded? One last question, i know that the rm has a bottleneck in the piping right where the cat bolts to it, so i guess it would be best to cut that out and just weld a piece in there, of course if the exaust will fit? thnaks

 

1. Jack up the hb and compare the exhaust fittings to your rm. I am 95% sure it won't fit right but I'm asking you to check it out first hand and to correct me if I'm wrong.

2. Weld it on. Just search the Internet for some. They all do the same thing, nothing special.

3. I'm not sure...I don't see why it should make a difference.

 

thanks, i was asking because i dont have the hatch yet, and am just trying to see if someone else has done the same so i know what im getting into.
anyone else done this before?
