Hi guys,

any idea where i can find the best header for my B16a1 crx? I want very good clearance and hopefully retain my original cross member.

If the cross member has to be changed or modified, why so? Anyone with previous experiences?

my buddy used a tsudo racing header and it was fine. i just bought one for my hatch and im runnin a b20 and its from a b16 and it fit perfect so id go with them

i have a mugen header and it is the **** if you want to spend the money on one or otherwise i would stick with toda they make great power and are great quality. they are expensive but you get what you pay for

 

wow that fuel system setup they have is so nice... intake manifold and everything definitly on the wish list

 

dc and tsudo definatley arnt the best option, notice he said best not what you enjoy personally. the best would have to be one of the super headers an-r, smsp, and i think bisimoto makes one aswell not sure though

 

I would go with a 4-2-1 header of some sort, b/c with all the crx or hatchs that i've seen with a b16 the 4-1 header sit too low. My friend drove his crx to my house yesterday and his header left markes down my driveway, and his car isn't all that low. Just my 2c

i would agree i forgot they made them. if you would like one of those i live in japan and can get you one very easy. i know they are a in the range of 450.00 or so but they make really awsome exhaust's. that is what alot of the guys here sport on their skylines, evos, rx-7's, but from what i have been told by the jdm guys is they are really well made and make good power. let me know if you are inerested Burton_129@hotmail.com
