I can get either if they make both. My dad's shop is gonna order it for me. Long story short I was called earlier because he's more impatient than I am and asked me to find out if they are running these at the track. He want's to get it now so we can drive the race car after the trans is back in.

OEM rad is fine unless you are running major boost

You'd be better off spending money on an oil cooler/baffled pan

Go with the fluidyne, but dave you can't run the seat warmers and A/C with that though!

Not sure where you're going, but you can run A/C with aftermarket radiators.

I like my C&R, nothing wrong with Fludyne though. It may marginally help oil temps, which is really where ITR's seem to struggle. As already stated, oil coolers make more of a difference.

Chris I do plan on running the oil cooler as well. Actually I ordered a griffin full size that is thin enough to still have 2 fans as I don't plan on running the RMF header and I'm getting an SMS sooner or later. The reason I'm getting the aluminum rad is because the stock one is FUBAR.

I'm running the Fluydine in my caR. I had one before in a swapped hatchback, and loved it (also integra sized) and in this car its great.

It really does cool a lot more than stock, on cold nights in IL at stoplights itd hit the normal position on the stock water temp guage, but once moving itd actually start to go down a bit.

I got it for peace of mind, plus with the ammount of tracking I'll be doing with it. I've had the plastic end tanks start to leak before with an older integra I had once. A/C works fine with it too, just a slight bending of the lines, no big deal, and the stock fan still fits up to it too.

Every single integra i've owned aside from the R has had the same problem. Where the plastic meets the metal it leaks.

Dave-

Both the stock radiator and oil cooler are fine. I would advise against doing either, from a cost perspective. Through 1 year of HPDE and 3 years of road racing, I never encountered problems.

Fluidine rad is heavier than stock (approx. 5.4lbs wet), in a crucial area where you want to reduce weight if anything. Ive tracked my car in the summer with the plastic rad, and no overheating problems (flat out, 25 min.)
