Default 91 civic sedan, need info if "auto B-series" will fit...

Im Working on my girls 91' honda civic sedan auto, i want to put a LS motor (b18a/b) swap into the car and keep it automatic because she dosen't know how to drive stick. I have hasport mounts for b series swap w/ cable trans... I am just trying to find out if the auto trans mount is the same as the manual trans mount. Or evan if the trans will fit in the 88-91 chassis, before i go and gut my beater integra...

Any help or insight would be great.......

The Hasport mount won't work. While the manual transmission is roughly conical in shape, the automatic is more cylindical. On other words, it doesn't get smaller as you go away from the engine. For this reason, the manual transmission mount won't work. For that matter, you will have to fabricate the entire passenger side of the engine compartment since the automatic transmission is just too big. The bottom line: unless you are up for some SERIOUS custom fabrication of the engine bay, learn to drive a manual transmission or stick with D-series.
