Car dying out of nowhere!! Help please :(
This is such a weird problem and I can’t figure it out and it started last weekend. While I’m driving the car just turns off. So then I pull over to the side of the road and try to turn the car on and it doesn’t turn on as if the ECU fuse is burnt out or as if there is no gas.
The spark plugs are in perfect condition btw. This happened yesterday and I was on the side of the road trying to start the car for 20 minutes then all of a sudden it started and ran perfect as if nothing happened. The funny thing is I then beat a viper and an evo on the highway shortly after. Then the car cutoff again this morning on my way to work.
I’m so confused. H-T help me please

Setup:
- 94 Integra GSR Turbo (since May 05), stock motor, 190K
- p28 chipped and tuned on Uberdata.. (not sure if it's open or closed loop, whichever does NOT receive assistance from ecu),
- ngk bkr’s gapped, with stock dizzy and stock spark plug wires that I haven’t changed while I’ve had my car (3 years)
- stock fuel pump
It sounded like you didn't have any gas?
Really quick, check your Fuel Pump Relay - sometimes relays start to fade in an out - like my headlight relay right now.....that could be the problem.
Nice Kill list by the way.

I had a weird problem with my car just dying on me out of nowhere, wouldnt start up... checked everything on it and in the end what it ended up being was a bare wire grounding out on the block and killing the engine whenever there was enough vibration that it would touch. just something to keep in mind...
I would guess fuel pump issues. Next time it happens listen for the fuel pump to prime when you turn the key to the on position. If you don't hear it then that is definitely the issue.

I appreciate the replies guys. I will try all of the suggestions when I get off of work. My baby is just sitting in the middle of nowhere right now.

Ya the Viper just flew past me on the highway. I just pulled up next to him revving and wanted to mess around a little (obviously expecting to lose). He then hits it and I do the same going about 70 in 3rd and then i started pulling on him slowly until about 130 mph. had to slow down since cars were in front of us.. it was one of the greatest days of my life. He gave me a thumbs up but I bet he felt like shiet

Does it crank when trying to start it? Does it catch and die when you let go of the key? If its the ignition switch it will do that. After starting without letting go of the key, if you hold it down just before the crank position and it stays on, its definitely the ignition switch. If not I'd check main relay and fuel pump.
