Default ****! CarSound Cat Problems (Rattling/Check Engine)

Gosh! This is annoying now! I replied to the previous post about the CarSound rattling problem, but that didn't get too much attention so I hope this will. I've had my CarSound cat installed on my car for about 3 months now and just a few days ago I noticed that the cat would rattle around 1000-1500 RPMS and at that engine speed only. It's been fine ever since and then while I was driving home today my "Check Engine" light came on and hasn't gone away. I haven't had the time to check it, but I'm sure it's a "CAT" problem. I know that SMPS was checking up on the CarSound cats to see if they were defective, but I really don't want to have to wait to get a new cat welded, plus paying another $200 after 3 months. If anyone can help me out, since I know this is an on-going problem, that would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Yea something was rattling under my car...looked underneath and the nuts and bolts that connected the jdm 4:1 and the Carsound cat were sitting there spinning. I tightened them up that day. But 2 weeks later I get a check engine light...its like 91, 92, or 82...its blinks 9 times slow and then 1 fast. I thought it could be my map sensor because I put my strut bar on backwards(skunk2 intake manifold) and it just cleared the map sensor..or so I thought...if any one knows the code I'd appreciate it...

91 is Fuel Tank Pressure Circuit
92 is Evaporative Emission Control System Insufficient
80 is Exhaust Gas Recirculation

hope this helps.

Remove the heat shields( from the car, NOT CAT) and make sure the 02 sensor isnt hitting the shift linkage.
