make sure the iacv is plugged in, if it is try using the one from your stock si, it should fit fine, the ls one might be bad

i dont think u can use an obd1 iacv on an obd0 car...sensor is probably different between series....when the iacv went bad on my old b16 i put the one from my obd1 d15b7 on it...and it still threw a code...when i put a good one from an obd0b16 on it the code went away...it might not be the case but thats what happened with mine

the iacv could be clogged...it usually doesnt throw a code when its clogged...idles bad though and may cut off when the motor is still cold....if ur sure that the plugs are on correctly u need to check ur wiring to make sure that there are no opens in the circuit...have u tried a known working one? the one u got may have gone bad
