NEEDED:SMOG Expert to repair My b16A to pass Emission for REF CA
hi , like the titile says, i need some kind of expert on a smog/emission , that can help me repair my car to run clean to pass the state ref, so i can register this car, i 've been trying to do this for a while now, i 've gather all the right parts, and now i just need somebody to help me repair, or give me some helpful tips / insight .
HELP WILL BE APpriated, IF U KNOW ppl who can pass smog, good for u, cuz i know too, but that's not what i need, i need to do this legit thru the state.
