Default Integra OWNERS HELP NEEDED! Help me fix this.

Well i walked out this morning to the first moisture on the windshield of the year. I started the car, Flipped the AC button off, slid the temp thing to the right and fired her up. I clicked the defrost button, BUT IT STILL BLEW OUT THE FRONT VENTS! I switched to feet, IT STILL BLEW OUT THE FRONT VENT. I tried feet/defrost, and IT STILL BLEW OUT THE FRONT VENT. It wont switch vents no matter what i push? WHAT CAN I DO? Whats causing this? Any quick fixes?

EDIT*** it's a 97RS

well, it's either the switch assembly that's bad or there is something that is blocking the vent diversion doors (don't think that's actually what they're called) or the cable that controls the doors is binding somewhere... Ever heard of exploritory surgery?

No thats what i mean. When it WAS working you could hear the vents switching, like physically. Now when i push the different vent buttons i hear nothing. Like physically nothing is happening.

take your center out. where the pocket is and the radio, etc. there you will find a thing that ties nito the switch. it connects a metal rod to a lever that opens and shuts your shitz. kinda hard to fit your hands in there but you can do it yourself. not a big fix either just gay cuz you shouldnt have to do it.
