Default Power Steering 1990 Crx si with b16a1

Any suggestions on installing power steering into my everyday driver.

Was wondering if anyone has every done this and what is needed to do the swap.

Not positive, but I would guess you would need a power steering rack and lines off of an 88-91 EX sedan, and the lines to. Maybe you could use a b-series ps pump if the lines work.

i dont know y u would want to.....the feel of power steering sucks imo.....but yeh i think u need the pump,lines,rack,resevior,and mayb the steering column as well.......good luck

I'm not sure if you'd want to do that, a crx is such a light car that powersteering isn't really needed(maybe it would be nice in winter, or at stops) but if you're going all out racing you wouldn't want it because it'll kill off some horsepower. Not much but some.

why get it out of a 4 door? get the rack+lines and resovoir out of a civic hatch, it bolts right on, if you have a obdo b16+p/s pump i would get a p/s pump from a newer 94 up integra- the lines dont need to go to the transmission then the proportioning is built into the pump
