Just seeing where i maybe able to find like an hks hi power, or even like a apexi N1 exhaust for my ls. Seeing if anybody may know of any websites or if they even make them in the axle back piece. Thanks.

might as well just buy the whole exhaust. I think i saw the axle backs once for like 2 somethin and the whole exhaust is only aroung 400. Check the H-t classifieds

 

check ebay there are real universal n1 mufflers there just have a muffler shop weld it on. imo just save up for the full thing.

 

Im thinking i just might do that if the axle backs are that expensive.

 

you should check the sponsors market, cause they have a catback exhaust for a definitly good price, 240 shipped... (thats where i got mine)

 

Just goto a muffler shop have them weld you on a Magnaflow

If your just going for sound and no performance gain an axleback will sound a bit better than just a new can. Ebay has knockoff greddy SP, fireball, and n1 axlebacks. I've already seen the n1 type for $100 shipped but the quality is probably real bad. I'd just recommend spending the bit more to get the tseudo exhaust if your money is real slim since you can find them for $240 from the sponsor or ebay.

 

Im not so much looking for a weld on muffler. The only reason im looking for an axle back is because I already have an exhaust, and dont really need the b pipe or anything. Just need the axle back my muffler is starting to rattle a little bit from the **** getting old and rusted and falling apart some.

 

yes, steer away from those cheap ebay universal "mufflers" because they will rust apart like your current one. its difficult to find an axleback by itself (that is designed for our cars) new, but there are some in the classifieds section every once in a while
