Default Headers for a b16 swapped 90 hatch

I need some recommendations for an all motor b16 swapped 90 h/b. What's the best value as far as headers are concerned? I'm planning on getting rsr exmag exhaust and I also need recommendations as far as intake.

Search the "All Motor" forum. Everone is going to tell you differently, but there is no point in having two "Which is the best header" posts. Remember though, you have a crossmember to deal with that can be quite a bitch, so unless you're notching it, or getting an aftermarket "traction bar", many 4-1 Headers will not work.

I'm keeping my ac using the Hasport Mounting Bracket. I don't think I want to spend more than like 500

i believe the anr compact is like 530 new and u can keep ur stock xmember...however u will not be able to keep ac or ps.....looks real nice but i have not seen dyno graphs on a stock b16...i believe hook ups also has a b series header for EFs that do not require changing the x member...but it was on a crvtec last time i went over there...i dont know if they made a non stepped design for the b16 yet...i believe the hookups was 600
if u wanna stay oem then u can always go with the itr 4-1 or the ctr 4-2-1...dont expect big power gains though

What can I use and still hold on to my AC? It will be mounted in the hasport bracket sometime soon. Does that still make it restrictive as to what header I can use?
