what would make these better than say a set of h&r race? Curious, I don't know much about susp stuff so I'm tryin to learn and pick a good set of springs.

Not better just different. The H&R race springs are much lower than Pro-kits

These pro-kits lower the car 1.5 in front and 1.3 in rear
