Default Shop to rebuild a H22 in NJ/PA

I have a JRSC waiting to be installed. My engine has 100K miles, runs well, minimal oil consumption etc. but know it would be much safer to rebuild/freshen before the install of the JRSC.
Sooo..where do I go?
