Crx Pulsating, Vibration !!!!
Ok.. I have steering wheel vibration of course..... lol
Its a loud pulsating noise , that increases with speed. It's the worst at 60 mph .
So far I have:
- balanced the tires
- replaced both front wheel bearing 2 months ago...and it didnt solve the problem..
- did an alignment as well.
have been driving the car since then and the vibration is still there.
- I had the suspension checked by 1 mechanic and he said there's no play in both front wheels. So I am assuming the ball joints are ok.
What can it be ?
Can it be tie rod ends ? Inner ? Outer ?
Steering rack bushings ??
any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what kind of engine you have or what you do with your car but you may have a bent half shaft. If you have another set of axles or could temporarily borrow some I would try it.
I would also inspect all bushing in the front end. Look at the cross member bushing, tie rods, steering rack, etc.

I had the same problem as you. It turned out to be a worn rack bushing. (The one just inside the end of the rack on the passengers side) It was causing play in the steering rack, so it would wobble ever so slightly. The vibration seemed to come and go. There was no specific speed at which it would vibrate consistently. Once I replaced that bushing, the problem was gone.
