What kind of oil do you use for your GSR?

Just wondering whats best and what everyone uses... most common uses.. so list your oil....

Wal-mar Super tech oil fully synthetic for 11.89 for 5 quart.....

Mobile 1 Synthetic with the Fram oil filter.

Walmart always carries these.
