I don't have pics but I had a 93 RS with an ES oval round JDM style muffler with a slight angle. Not the full JDM angle considering it wasn't one of those huge *** mufflers. JDM style and all and that **** looked clean as ****. Get a jdm canister and have the muffler shop angle it slightly and then weld it on. That **** was clean. It did though sit low to the ground so careful not to scrape her.

I ahd mines angled but I didn't really like it after a while although it was quite an extreme angle..

I changed to an oval muffler and went straight out

that looks nice, but can i run the pipe under the gas tank so its not at such a big angle or would the pipe get to hot for the gas. im not worried about it being too low.

I just ran a 90* elbow off the axleback portion, then a straight pipe across the gas tank then anotehr 90* to point the muffler out. it is a VERY DAMN tight fit if it's a long muffler

if your gonna run it under the gas tank and your not worried about it being too low... then why put any angles???

Have the piping and the muffler (if your using any) go straight to the header. Should do wonders for a bit of power.

Im getting the HKS Hi-powered when i get the money... And like someone said above, it has a bit of angle to it also.

i can't imagine 2 90* bends are very good for exhaust flow.

there not abrupt 90's they are a total degree change of 90...

& if the muffler is coming straight out...witht he piping int he stock locations it has to be this way.

You can see on my old exhaust what im talking about... theres a 90 degree out of my muffler and off to the right side of the pic going up and over. Oh yeah its an Espelir JGT500 by the way...a great exhaust im prolly getting another for my new teg.
