i have a swaped d16y8 in a 92 cx hatch i bought the car like this and i know its in need of some tlc but at 1500 it feels like 2step car sputters after 1500 car does not sputter at all any imput on what might make this happen computer is not chipped and i have a cel for 02 sensor

 

well dont really know what u mean by.. sputters.. but if u mean the after 1500 the rpm rises and falls.. u might want to check the IAC..
