Default New clutch, bird in tranny

I just installed an Exedy twin disk setup, and it sounds like there is a bird in the tranny. It started doing this after 100 miles, and only does it when engaging while taking off. Is this normal? I know I should expect chatter, but a chirp????

I have a single 6-puck unsprung clutch. When I take off, it squeaks like a shopping cart with a bad wheel. No chatter, just loud loud squeaking and squealing.

It is new to me, I have never used solid disk before. My Spec stage 3 did not squeak, but it was sprung. Hopefully that is the case. I surely do not want it to be a bearing, although I replaced them.

Trust me, it's normal. All my unsprung clutches squeak. My current one squeaks pretty bad, and I just put in new pilot/throw-out bearings.
