Default big problem. engine being wierd under boost

i got a d16y7 wiht a y8 head on it.
14b turbo
mising link
fmu.

i was driving today and i hit 6500 and it was going pretty good and quick then it like cut out. never did that before. now at 3,500 rpm it will like cut out then when under boost at 3500k the cluster tach will jump 500 from 3500 to 4000 and its not pulling any harder and my clutch is good. so its not slipping. im stumped it runs good in higher rpms but only once in a while this all happened about 2 hours ago before that it ran awsome.

guys i need your help and opnions thanks

Sounds like your timing is fucked.

Spark is effected by your timing. If your dizzy is rebuilt then take it back and have it done again.

Its sounds like it would be the dizzy with that RPM jump , but what about your air/fuel ratio . You arent leaning out are you ?

if he was leaning out he wouldnt be having a loss of power like he is hed be having damaged internals (still possible). do you have a bosst/vac gauge? if so does it still show boost pressure? my guess would be your missing link is jacked up and your motor is cutting your fuel because it doesnt know what to do when it sees boost pressure and will start limping. possible? Im not to familiar with the fmu and missing link method as i much prefer my hondata to take care of everything.
