Default just got a EG, i got a few questions for you pros

I just bought my first car, an eg. Its a 93 hatch...manual ofcourse. I'm ordering a B16 for it, i wanna go JDM, none of that ricer ****. id love to hear a few suggestions, whether they are performance or exterior. since i have to save up for a few month to pay for the engine, which will be 2,800 taxes and shipping included for:
Engine, Transmission, ECU, Alternator, Air Conditioning, Power Steering Pump, Distributor, Intake, Exhaust manifolds, Down Pip,e Intermediate Shaft,
Alternator, Starter.
so i'd like low cost tips that will make the biggest improvement. I want to put on a mugen lip, HID's and Spoon rims, paint it black, go for a real sleeper look, keep it looking real clean. thanks

you could start by going with an aebs intake manifold, full exhaust system, headers, and a pretty good intake, to see an ok power increase. but just dont jump on the bandwagon like everyone else does,do your own thing and go with your own style.

Do your own style. Don't try to be trendy and buy parts for your car because everybody else is doing it. Its like that jumping off of a bridge metaphor.

Stick to your own style. Do what you wanna do and don't care about what other people think about your car. Just build it because you want to build it. Your style is your own.

This way you can make everything JDM. Like a JDM radiator OMGNOWAY!
Flashoptions is pretty cheap though, I dunno about their cust service, hmotors seems to have a pretty good reputation.

This is my favorite on flashoptions though

That is nowhere near a sleeper look.

You should try my idea of sleeper.

Imagine this in your head.
Primered civic w/ body kit.
Front bumper is beat beyond recognition.
Big assed 18" white rims.
6" FMIC visable through the busted *** bumper.

I'm actually putting my car back to stock. True sleeper status will be achieved when my car has my stock bumpers back on (need to rework IC piping so it'll fit), my steelies are back on, and my car is fully primed or repainted.

if i see a hb with your typical black spoon wheels, i never ever EVER would assume it wasn't quick. if someone can afford to stick the spoon wheels on their car, i'd hope to god they can afford a $3000 swap first.

Also being primer black to me would be an indication that all your money went under the hood, I know because I did this and I was always avoided, news travels fast.

Lol your gonna buy a engine that you dont actually knows how many miles has on it...and your gonna argue the fact that they know...but thats the thing...there trying to sell it...oh and btw a true sleeper leaves outside stock...only thing that wouldnt be is like what a exhaust? people may think your a joke till you hit it with a nicely built engine...but with something you cant tell how many miles is on it....kaboom.

You're a tool.

You should inspect the motor before you buy it. Remove the valvecover and pull the head.
