So I changed my tranny oil and...
How bad is this? I'm hoping the oil has never been changed, the car has 220000km.
I'm trying to narrow down the cause of a jerky shift I've been getting.
The car's synchros still work; however since the shifts have been jerky I havent pushed the tranny...sometimes it feels like the arent working that great.

I think the problemn might be more serious tho as I have "play" in the transmission...it clicks when I release the clutch...allmost like something is loose inside.
Now if I could only get that damn spindle nut off, I could have a look at the diff. With all my wieght on an 8 foot pipe, the pipe bent before the nut moved.
