Default CEL 43 in H22 Civic...Any suggestions??

I recently put in a p72 and now I'm getting a CEL 43 - Fuel System. My car has been running super rich as noted in a previous post and I was hoping the p72 might help correct that. It is still running rich. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might need to be fixed or what the problem is.

Cel 43 is usually caused by o2 sensor. Do you have another you can test with?

get the right ecu first. the p72 wont help it.
43 means over rich or over lean. if you know your o2 sensor is good, and your injectors are spraying the right amount of fuel (as in stock injectors, stock computer, stock fpr), then it may be you need a valve adjustment.

I think it would be over rich. Regarding my O2 sensor, i was told that my O2 sensor was new. The only reason why I decided to put a p72 in is bc a lot of people here on H-T said that a p72 runs better than a p13. Also, it might cut back on the fuel a little. When i had the p13 in, CEL 43 didnt show up. CEL 43 only sstarted showing up when i had the p72 in. Do you guys really think i should replace my O2 sensor? Thanks

H-T myth. Look at the P72 dynos. they sometimes make more peak power, but you can tell just by the shape of the hp and torque lines that that ecu was not designed for that motor. Switch back to the p13, or chip the p72 with a H22 rom.

If your o2 is new, not that I know of. I ran a p72 chip for a week and had an o2 cel the whole time. Switched to a p13 rom, and it drove 200% better.

I wish people would understand it has nothing to do with the ECU, chip the car for your application and you will make clean power.
