Sensor Fitting on 94 GSR Intake Manifold??
I recently bought a 92 DA w/ a G3 gsr swap. There is a sensor on the intake manifold with one hose going about 6 inches to the TB.The other goes to a canister.There is nothing plugged into the sensor.I was just wondering if anyone knows what goes there?? Its made by denso. Thanks!!

It's not a sensor. It's a solenoid...for the EVAP purge. Check and cross-reference the wiring and vacuum diagrams for your year chasis and the year of the motor to figure it out.

Great. Looks like one wire goes to a 12v source and other goes to ecu. So is it absolutely needed or something I can get to when i have a chance. The car runs run.No probs at all. Its just weird that I have this empty slot where the connector goes.
