Default GSR valves + ITR springs/retainers .. compatible?

I searched and found that the ITR intake valves are lighter, narrower at the stem, and I would require a valve job to seat the ITR valves properly. However, I want to know if I can use my GSR valves with the ITR valve springs and retainers (found the springs/retainers at a great price, and do not have ITR valves) .. are all VTEC valves the same length? Will the intake ITR valve retainers not fit the GSR intake valve stems? Basically I want to upgrade/stiffen my valvetrain so I can run ITR/CTR cams. Thanks for reading!

They're all interchangeable without any modification.
