need help with my motor. this sucks bad!

this has happened a few times to me now. If I really get on the gas for a little bit (say through 1-3rd gear at WOT) then let off, my engine stalls out and dies. I can restart the engine, but I HAVE to give it has in order to get it to turn over and start up and whgen it does I get a **** idle. The same lumpy, undrivable in traffic idle you get with a dead IACV or what not. I also get a CEL.
Now, if I leave the engine off for about 5 minutes then crank it over, it starts up and idles like nothing ever happebed and the CEL goes away (this is why I havent been able to pull the code yet).
I have had a full tank of gas when it happened, my ground wires are all okay, its a brand new battery/alternator.
The block is a brand new B18C5 the head is from a B16A2 which has been milled a little .030. Im also running a 2 layer spoon head gasket, skunk 2 stage 2 cams, I/H/E and a test pipe. And yes, I have had it all dyno tuned by bubba over at do it dyno. Its all being run through a P06 ECU modified to run Crome, and is hooked up via an OBDII to OBDI harness. Im also using a 190lph in tank fuel pump, B&M FPR and RC 370 injectors. All brand new parts BTW.
Now this as just started happeneing recently and doesnt do it every time I get on the gas hard. Iver had this engine setup for 2 months and this started up maybe 3-4 days ago and has happened aourt 3 times so far. Twice on the street and once on the freeway, and its been both hot and really cool out, so its not a tempature thing.
The specific details on ALL my modifications are located in my signature and profile.
if anyone has any ideas as to what may be causing this please let me hear them!
