What kinda hood is this?!?!?

This hood looks sweet on the rex but i cant find out what hood it is or did he modifi it himself......

Modified himself. Seen quite a few people do this. Just weld some metal onto the hood for the eyelid effect.

Thats an sir hood with custom welded headlight lids..Mostly see v-dubs with that in this country..Although everyone does it in Europe..
