Default Supertrapp exhaust systems?

Whats the general consensus on Supertrapp exhaust systems? Good, bad, ****? I have one on my CRX and i just want to know if it should be upgraded or not. So far my CRX has DC sports 4-2-1 Headers, high-flow cat, and Supertrapp exhaust. It also has intake and a few other small things.

The basic question would be is the Supertrapp a decent system? How far out should the cap be and do i even need the cap at all?

Thanks!

wow... um is that string thats holding your exhaust up? please tell me that this is a joke... man my vote is to just get rid of that garbage and get invidia, greddy, hks, or just custom make your own... as long as its 2 1/4 or 2 1/2" mandrel bent then you should be good to go... it should only cost you $150 or less if you know how to weld... and thats including the muffler... has anyone ever heard of supertrapp? ive never heard of that name

I had a super trapp muffler on my accord and it sounded awsome!
if you decide to cut it off, let me know if you want to sell it!

I used to have one of them..b16,header,2.25" mandrel bent piping, resonator and a supertrapp pipe..And I had 8 discs in it..**** was almost as queit as stock..And when I put all the discs in it was as queit as stock but had no top end power..Keep it how it is and weld on some hangers..No need to waste money on a new/different exhaust..

Looks more like a supercrap muffler, get another one that actually looks semi good and doesn't need strings to hold it on.

Guys,

The string was there temporarily. The hanger broke as you can see in the pics. It wasn't fun. Things are slightly better now and yes, Supertrapp is the one with the discs. Keep helping me!

Thanks!

honestly you would be better just replacing the muffler, the reason the disks quiet the sound is because they lower the exhaust flow. just get a good muffler that has straight through piping and you would get more power
