i'd stick with the 205/45 just because if you run 40 series tires, you'll probably end up bending your rims since its a thinner side wall. Believe me... i've bent a few sets of wheels. Also...i dont rub...

Thanks. They are 16" gunmetal Rota Slipstreams. I haven't that that car in a long time, but back then, I got them from Revolutions Motorsports for $850 shipped with tires.

umm stock Integra tire size is 195/55-15, which is most close to 205/45-16. 205/40 is too small if you're wanting to keep the rolling diameter about the same.
Although I do have 195/50 tires on my stock GS-R wheels, it feels a little more peppy with those on
little bit better acceleration. But they don't fill the fenders nearly as well and alot more fender gap than my 205/45-16's.
It's funny how my dad was telling some relatives how my car "has to have those special tires that look really thin" lololol Of course to him, 65 series is low profile.

well whatever works for you, i'd never run 55 series tires being as low as i am, and with the autocrossing I do they would roll over too much. just me though as i said before.
