I've searched but i haven't found any exhaust cam like it. Any ideas?

my lord, that is basically f' all to go off of. It looks like a gsr cam i had, but is basically impossible to tell by that single picture. Maybe take some measurements of the lobes if you can or take better pictures. when i was unsure about my cams i took them to the acura dealership and a mechanic compared the lobe sizes to the specs in his manual that pointed towards gsr camshafts. this was done free of charge btw.....
