Ever heard of LS/VTEC? That's what you're talking about...do a search next time, I'm sure you'll find more than a few pages of threads on this conversion...

A simple straight foward question deserves a simple straight foward answer.
Yes, a ITR head will fit a B18b block WITH modification. The same goes for all B series Vtec heads.
It's commonly (but incorrectly) known as a "LS/Vtec" motor. Keep an eye out for that term as you'll see a new thread regarding LS/Vtec at least once a day.

Yes it has been done, Just about every head from a B-Series Vtec has been put on a LS block, GSR,ITR,B20,B16,B17. Like Kendall said do a search for this and you will find all of the info you need.

vietdragontekx has been a member for 2 months and hasn't seen anything yet, please start searching and reading
you will need some oil and some tools to do the swap. I just finished mine and i used a flat head screw driver and some paper clips. I would say I spent a good 20 minutes on the head conversion.
