only if you put it on upside down and switch the location of the manifolds.

Ever heard of LS/VTEC? That's what you're talking about...do a search next time, I'm sure you'll find more than a few pages of threads on this conversion...

A simple straight foward question deserves a simple straight foward answer.

Yes, a ITR head will fit a B18b block WITH modification. The same goes for all B series Vtec heads.

It's commonly (but incorrectly) known as a "LS/Vtec" motor. Keep an eye out for that term as you'll see a new thread regarding LS/Vtec at least once a day.

Yes it has been done, Just about every head from a B-Series Vtec has been put on a LS block, GSR,ITR,B20,B16,B17. Like Kendall said do a search for this and you will find all of the info you need.

why would you want to do that? what you really need to do is put a LS head on a Type-R block.

Its only as reliable as you make it.

Good quality parts = Good quality LS/V

you will need some oil and some tools to do the swap. I just finished mine and i used a flat head screw driver and some paper clips. I would say I spent a good 20 minutes on the head conversion.
