Default Suspension Issue

I have a 89 CRX si w/ b16a and when going above 70mph the car gets "squirrelly" as if it had a mind of its own. It was doing this before the swap as well. When we did the swap we had to take out the front crossmember, but before we took it out I noticed that one of the 17mm (or is it 19mm) bolts on the front was loose but wouldnt completely come out. Is this the issue? I know the car is 16 years old, and I have new suspension and all new bushings for the car. That should fix it right? Or is it something else that I should worry about?

probably the crossmember, if your toe is off its going to be squirrly like described, toe out its usually realy darty but precise, if its toe in it usually feels like driving in the rain only when its dry thats the best i can explain it- tighten the crossmember good and get it aligned PS sc was pretty cool i was pretty busy didnt get a chance to call you, went to the beach and went on the guys boat, the damn house even had an elevator and a salt water pool must be nice

also since you have the new bushings put them in BEFORE you get it aligned so you dont have to do it twice also i would reccomend these settings there not stock so you will have to ask for them 1/8" (.07 each side =.14total) toe out in front and 0 toe rear , makes the car turn much better

Oh **** yeah man. Forgot all about that. There are some bangin houses out on Kiawah though. It appears as if the threads are stripped on the actual bolt as it won't come out of the crossmember. Its not in the frame but just dangles in the cross member. Its kind of weird.
