You're in way over your head. Save your money for the time being and learn more about honda motor designs, forced induction, and tuning. THEN consider this question again.

If your looking for the show look and the sound of the blow off valve you can run a T3/T4 along with a intercooler and low boost 6-7 psi and run on stock internals. If your looking for performance then decide in advance what you want your goals to be. Power isn't cheap - to get power you will require bigger injectors, larger fuel pump or pumps, valve valve springs and retainers upgraded. Oil pump gear replaced, axles, differential I could keep going. If you don't know how to work on your car then big power would be a mistake because they break more often. My suggestion would be find a reputable shop in your area and have them give you a price for what your looking for. The group on Honda-Tech can help you to decide if your getting a fair price or not. The search option here is awsome to see what others have been doing with turbo applicaitons.
Good Luck
