Default Turn Signal Issues

Hey guys, last night on my way home i noticed that my right bumper signal was going apeshit. I pulled up infront of the garage and put on my left signal. It wasnt working. So the genius that I am. i proceeded to change the bulb! ****, that did sweet **** all! For some reason even after changing the bulb, it did nothing. Would the "maintainace required" light come on for that?
Thanks in advance

No the maintenance required wouldn't go on because it is a timed device depending on your mileage of car. I would guess a connection somewhere. Check the connections of your front blinker.

Hmm....interesting. The maintainance light is another topic. I'm running Hondata, why would that light even come on then. I have 183,000km on the odometer. But the motor is somewhere around 90,000km. Well im gonna check the connections. Thanks

when they start blinking fast like that and one does not work its usually a bad bulb/connection its check the connections and grounds for a rusty one.

Ah hah! I see that makes sense. Thanks for the info, that makes me feel a bit better. I wonder why it just happened. Although we had a really bad rainstorm on Saturday. Well then.
Does anyone know how to clear the "maintainance required" light? Its really getting on my nerves.
Thanks again

its usually a lettle key slot in the cluster ( at least on civics tegs might be different) you just put the stock key in it to turn it off

on an integra there is a box under the dash on the driver side on the right side of the wheel and there is a button, feel around and youll find it and push it and hold until the light turns off.
