Y8 vs Z6 Camshaft

Y8 vs Z6 Camshaft
What one would you say is better for a mini me on nitrous? I would be using a a6 block with a y8 head, but I dont know what cam I should use since I bought the head with no cam. are they even interchangeable?

(jdm sohc vtec) its an aggressive cam (compared to Stage 1's).
But to answer you question... I can't. I want to know if there is a differencet too.
