I have a mugen steering wheel and its all worn down (the suede), does anyone know where I could go to replace the suede or is it even possible?

well down here in DA YAY ARRREEAAAAA we have alot of flea markets... i went to one in san jose a while back and got my dads chrylser seats re done... but im not sure if they do sued... i bet they do... but ehh bump?

Any upholstery shop should be able to do it.

 

Somebody recommeneded hockey tape, or something like that. He said it worked great.

On a Mygen wheel......that'd be a disgrace.

 

Okay I finally went to few upholstery shop and everyone I've talked to keep saying they've never seen anything like this done before.

like they saw million dollars or something, and no one had any clue on how to re-suede it.


So right now I'd like to find out if anyone HAS re-sueded their steering wheels before??

 

There are car upholstery shops. Find one, they should be able to do it.

 

thats exactly what i did until they took a look at the steering wheel.
