89 teg:revs jump to 2500-3000 when clutch is in
My friend has an 89 integra.Whenever he's at a stop light and presses in the clutch his tach jumps up between 2500-3000 rpm???
Any thoughts on what this could be?

OT:: dan where are you from? i live in cincinnati ( hamilton county ) and what do you drive? my last name starts w/ a k ( and my name is dan ) so people call me dank ( pronounced denk ) anyway. sorry. does it do this when he's in neutral or when he's in gear? he could have a vaccuum leak if the previous is true. anyway, get back to me on that other stuff ...--later
