i know that they are different. but does anyone know y and what is the difference between the switches??

also, which switch is it that i have? the USDM, JDM, and is it 92-93, or 94-96.

that's an all market 92-96 switch (although the 92-93 models also got the option to install a switch in the tweeter cover) . there is no difference in the fog light switches.

and sorry to hijack your topic, but starting a new one would be stupid...so here's my question...

i'm searching for the foglight switch plug, but i can't find it. i have a pre-facelift prelude, so if anyone can post a pic of how the plug looks and where you found it, that'd be very helpful. i know it is taped in somewhere, but i just can't seem to find it

 

apparently it is hard to find. its supposed to be right by where ur tweeter is, attached to a wiring harness with some blue tape. but you already knwo that. bascially, just keep looking, everntually u will find it. also it may not be wrapped in the blue tape anymore if the previous owner messed with it. i think i heard something of it being brown or green, but i dont remember. i know on mine its white.

on the other hand, back to my thread....

there is a difference between some swtiches, or else the one i have would be a perfect fit and i wouldnt be asking this. the white plug that is in my console is different from the one that came with my switch(gray). also the connections r completely different. the size is different too, it WILL plug into the 4 acc slots in front of the armrest, but is too big for the stock location next to the hazard switch. anyone have a pic of the other one, and any info about the one i have. also if anyone needs mine and has the one i need, i would love to trade.
