A little help I've seen this befor but when I need it the most I can't find it(mean I did search).
There was a post for D series-ZC trans's and code number and gearing.

Anyone have all the D series trans codes and best geared. I belive its the y8 correct me if im wrong

 

Y8 has the same gearing (2nd is BARELY different) as the 92-95 EX
