first of all having all the vacuum lines disconnect affect the engine..???
need help on figuring out where the vacuum
connections go.on my 88hf...i caped of vacuum 21..i read
on a website that i dont need it ....its for a p28 head...ex civc vtec

no, you need 21, its to your map sensor. the one you plug is supposed to be # 12, which went to the egr valve, there's a diagram on the underside of your hood, that might explain a few things

 

dont got my diagram....so its the 12 not 21?
okay.....the ex didnt have all the other ports
like the hf did...do u know where i should stick them?

ok, do a search real fast in recent conten for code five, there should be a post in there started by me. about halfway down someone game me a link to a thread for troubleshooting codes. click on code 5 and a diagram should pop up, i think

 

ok, i was wrong, i just checked for myself to make sure, and its not there. search for vacuum diagram

 

sorry, thats line #16, not 12

 

u got the same setup as me...
hf with sohc zc...ill look into that..
i think mine doesnt have line 16.
