The WRC rally from France will be back on on the 12-3th of next month.

I don't know I've learned alot while watching Nascar tech and it's is kinda nice to see how those guys live on the road. I wish I could afford million dallor coach to travell in. I only wish they could do that in other series like Sportcar, F1, and WRC but those guys live more private lives atleast too North American cameras.
Also been watching all the Motorbike racing and associated shows and all the car shows like autoweek, motorweek, motor trend, and all the other really nice car mag type shows.

all I have to say about this whole "Speed Channel thing" is that it sucks. All they show in primetime is Nascar crap.

Well no matter what Fox or Speed channel puts on theres always going to be someone complaining about something. As to me I've actually learned alot from watching some of the Nascar shows. But I don't see them losing viewing audience as they probably gained alot of them since they started showing Nascar shows.

I kinda like watching nascar tech, you can learn lot from that show. It just seems that since the Dayton 500 there has been nothing but nascar shows, when before that race there were less of them and more of the good stuff. I remember a couple of weeks before the Dayton 500 staying home on a sat night just to watch all of the touring coverage. Speed channel will show more of the stuff we like once everything gets started. I love the wrc coverage and it seems the f1 coverage is awsome. So I dont know, I kinda like the new speedvision.

Well If I'm not mistaken CART racing starts up next month also but I don't know dates on the races and they should be showing them mostly live and replays of it when they don't get a live feed.

racing on speed channel this coming month:

CART: Mar. 10th, 4:00pm est Monterrey, Mexico

F1: Mar. 3rd Australian Grand Prix
Mar. 17th Malaysian Grand Prix
Mar. 31th Brazilian Grand Prix

WRC: Mar. 7-10th Rally De France
Mar. 21-24th Rallye Catalunya

Those races will all be shown and if not live they will be replayed on Speed Channel. All the IRL races will be on ESPN or ESPN2 or ABC.
I'm wondering if they carried over the FIA sport car championship from last yr I guess we will know in April when the season starts up.

I would believe the BTCC will carry over but we should know in April as the season starts rd 1-2 in Brands Hatch on April 15-16th. Also Honda will racing two CTR team this yr.

You guys have good points here. My gripe is I can watch NASCAR on several, and I mean several other channels. Whereas F1 is only on the Speed Channel. What really chaped my hide was on their "Speed News" 02/24/02 1 hour long Sunday show, they only showed a 2 min. segment on several F1 launches all cramed together. And the season was just a week away!!! You would think they would be hyping the season up just a bit!!! If it helps, the Speed Channel has a feedback section. I left them my opinion on the subject, and it wasn't nice.

Looks like Ferrari's got the 1-2 spot pretty much in there old 01' cars.

Though the Saubers and Toyotas look like they may challenge for the top5 postions in the race if they keep this up. Montoya will be there for sure as he's just awsome driver and will get in the fight if he doesn't have car problems or has an off. Jaguar got get it's act together maybe by mid season they can get it together. Honda looks about the same as last yr I was hoping they would challenge the top 5 more.
I will be going for Toyota since Alan McNish is driving for them and also for Montoya. But I will always be overall Ferrari fan in F1.

Go Ferrari Go!!

Same here, i love watching the old Le Mans races and stuff like that, but roundy round racing gets old in about 1 lap.

F1 rules. I just hope the points race is closer than last seasons although Schumacher is king and basically in a class by himself. If BMW gives Juan Pablo a reliable car things could be interesting.

I think JPM can be every bit as good a driver as Schumacher is. Schumacher is very methodical, JPM can be a more exciting display in car control. He'd be one hell of an autoxer.
